Step 1) Pay attention to your thoughts.
Step 2) Assume all you are told and you tell yourself is a lie.
Step 3) As yourself the question “what evidence this is true”?
Then go about the almighty task of re-programming your thoughts! So much easier said than done, when as much as we may want something we may not fully believe it (yet). And if the feeling is the secret, how do we get around this?
